1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("Participant," "you," or "your") and signallcresuntb ("we," "us," or "our") governing your enrollment in and participation in our financial education programs and your use of our website.

By enrolling in a program, submitting an inquiry through our website, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not enroll in our programs or use our services.

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • "Programs" refers to the financial education programs offered by signallcresuntb, including Financial Calendar Workshop, Salary Optimization Workshop, and Integrated Financial Plan Development.
  • "Services" includes all programs, consultations, materials, and support provided by signallcresuntb.
  • "Materials" refers to program curriculum, workbooks, templates, and other resources provided to participants.
  • "Website" refers to the signallcresuntb website at signallcresuntb.biz and any related digital platforms.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

3.1 Participant Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Malaysian law. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Enrollment Process

Enrollment in programs is confirmed upon receipt of completed enrollment forms and payment as specified. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our discretion, including if program capacity has been reached.

3.3 Program Capacity

Programs have limited enrollment to maintain quality and allow for individual attention. Enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached.

4. Program Fees and Payment

4.1 Payment Terms

Program fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and must be paid in full before the program start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been explicitly agreed upon in writing. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified at enrollment.

4.2 Fee Inclusions

Program fees include all scheduled sessions, program materials, individual consultation sessions (where applicable), and post-program support as outlined in the program description. No additional fees are required for standard program participation.

4.3 Refund Policy

Full refunds are available if cancellation is received in writing at least 14 days before the program start date. Cancellations received 7-13 days before start date are eligible for 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations received less than 7 days before start date or after the program has commenced.

4.4 Program Changes by signallcresuntb

If we need to cancel a scheduled program due to insufficient enrollment, facilitator unavailability, or other circumstances, enrolled participants will receive full refunds or the option to transfer enrollment to a future cohort at no additional cost.

5. Participant Responsibilities

5.1 Attendance and Participation

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled program sessions. If you must miss a session, materials and recordings (where available) will be provided. However, the effectiveness of programs depends on active participation, and missed sessions may affect learning outcomes.

5.2 Preparation and Materials

Participants are responsible for completing any preparation assignments before each session and bringing required materials or information as specified in pre-session communications.

5.3 Conduct

Participants agree to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during all program interactions. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or actions that negatively impact other participants may result in removal from the program without refund.

5.4 Confidentiality

Information shared by other participants during group sessions is confidential. Participants agree not to disclose personal financial information or personal details shared by others during program sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Program Content Ownership

All program curriculum, materials, templates, and content remain the intellectual property of signallcresuntb. Participants receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use provided materials for personal financial planning purposes only.

6.2 Restrictions on Use

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit program materials. Materials may not be shared with non-participants or used to deliver competing educational services.

6.3 Personal Deliverables

While program materials remain our property, the personalized documents you create during programs (calendars, worksheets, financial plans) are yours to keep and use as you see fit. We retain no rights to your personal financial information or personal documents.

7. Educational Nature of Services

7.1 Not Financial Advice

signallcresuntb programs provide financial education and teach organizational frameworks. We do not provide personalized investment advice, recommend specific financial products, or offer professional financial planning services requiring licensing under Malaysian securities or financial planning regulations.

7.2 Participant Responsibility for Decisions

You acknowledge that all financial decisions remain your sole responsibility. signallcresuntb is not liable for any financial decisions you make based on information or concepts presented in our programs.

7.3 Professional Consultation

For specific investment advice, tax planning, or complex financial situations, participants should consult licensed financial advisors, tax professionals, or legal counsel as appropriate.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.1 No Guarantees of Outcomes

While we design programs to be comprehensive and practical, we make no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes or results from program participation. Financial outcomes depend on individual circumstances, decisions, and actions beyond our control.

8.2 Information Currency

We update program content regularly to reflect current Malaysian regulations and practices. However, financial regulations and tax laws can change between program updates. Participants are responsible for verifying current requirements with relevant authorities.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, signallcresuntb's total liability arising from or related to program participation shall not exceed the program fees paid by the participant. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits, business interruption, or financial losses.

8.4 Force Majeure

signallcresuntb is not liable for delays or failures in program delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemic restrictions, or facility unavailability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we handle your data.

10. Termination

10.1 Participant Withdrawal

Participants may withdraw from programs at any time by providing written notice. Refunds for withdrawal after program commencement are at our discretion and will be prorated based on completed sessions minus an administrative fee.

10.2 Removal by signallcresuntb

We reserve the right to remove participants from programs for breach of these Terms, disruptive behavior, failure to make required payments, or other conduct that negatively affects other participants or program delivery. Removed participants forfeit program fees without refund.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. The courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

11.2 Informal Resolution

Before pursuing formal dispute resolution, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate informal resolution.

11.3 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the Malaysian Arbitration Act 2005, with arbitration proceedings held in Selangor, Malaysia. Each party shall bear their own costs unless the arbitrator awards otherwise.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any program-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and signallcresuntb regarding program participation and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

12.4 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms to any successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

12.5 Notices

All notices under these Terms must be in writing and sent via email to the contact addresses provided or by registered mail to our business address. Notices are deemed received when delivered.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Material changes affecting enrolled participants will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued participation in programs after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
